People that know me know that I am a little crazy. So just to make sure I let them know I am....I have started on cute little springy cupcakes with hand painted cookie on them. I am also making spaghetti with my Chunky Vegetable Marinara sauce AND Chicken Fried Steak this week. Here is the Crazy part.. I am the only one cooking the stuff..... Last night all at the same time I made the cookie dough for the cookies, roasted a chicken for chicken salad, made the cupcakes and frosting all the while putting the sauce together to simmer. so this morning I am making bread, putting the chicken salad together, making and baking off the meatballs, make the fruit salad and whip cream, finish the cookies and cupcakes and Make chips..(luckily Tommy has taken over the chip making. Frees me up an hour). I LOVE MY JOB. My goal FEED PEOPLE HAPPY.
